It's so good to be able to speak to a person on the phone, especially as that person takes the time to really listen and to offer advice that you know is done with knowledge and empathy. One feels that you matter more than any corporate procedure. Reviewed on: 27th September 2025

Extremely helpful staff and excellent service.

I had 5 hip replacements over the years and 2 knee replacements. The Saga team were always very helpful and payments were authorised. Now we are older then excess to pay has increased, but in compensation yearly payment has decreased somewhat. Options are always clearly explained and suggestions made. Tha staff are very helpful.
