Saga offers two levels of cover, Saga Plus and Saga Select. With Saga Plus, you can expect to pay the same price for 3 years if there are no changes, even after most types of claim. If you cancel during the year, you won't be charged a cancellation fee.

best home insurance on the market

the Saga 3 year price fix(unless you have a claim) was the best home insurance product and price I could find, and surprisingly when I contacted Saga for my 2nd year qote, it hadn't stayed the same, it had reduced, I have recommended Saga to family and friends, and of course I will get my 3rd year policy with Saga next year. the policy covers eveything inside my home and the building, all at a very reasonable cost, I am very happy with their customer service team, there is no machine talking to you, you get put through to a person, and they are very knowlegable, helpful and very polite.
