Great service for a great premium!

Our Saga insurance put to the test recently when the parts in our bathroom toilet broke. My disabled wife is very reliant on that one so phoned Saga Home Emergency at 0900 today. Result? Engineer called pm and by mid-afternoon the repair was complete! Pleasant, helpful staff from start to finish. Thank you all. Reviewed on: 17th September 2020

Simple, cost effective and quick.

Very helpful

When moving from England to Scotland my old insurers who I had been with for 11 years were not interested in insuring my new house (they gave me a very very high quote) phoned Saga and the person was so helpful and a very good quote will continue to get my house insurance from them and hopefully this year my car as well Reviewed on: 17th September 2020

They treated me as a human being.

I rang after discovering that my insurers of 10+ years had not given me new for old cover, despite asking. When I needed help, advice and support, they were not there for me and I felt intimidated. Saga made me feel that I was a genuine person, gently explaining things (I'm officially in the vulnerable category).
