Policy easy to understand no hidden exemptions

Had a claim for an accident which was not my fault. The service I got was wonderful from the chap on the other end of the phone who was lovely with me as I was very upset; to the service of a replacement car which came the following morning; to the quality of the the repair. The breakdown truck was with me within an hour and he was also very kind. You have a good team of well trained and caring people well done. Reviewed on: 12th September 2020
