agreat Happy experience

Was concerned about giving. Bank details on line as my first attempt ,before speaking to a saga member did not get through, .I cannot understand why this did not happen as I was careful. When I rang the co. ,saga I was reassured that it had not got to Saga and he helped ,me through the form again, so he was very re assuring that I was not charged twice .Thank you for the reliable confidencnt voice and practical help with me,no chicken!!
