Unfortunately I had to make a claim which was settled but you have to dot the i's and cross all the t's to get over the line. However the pleasing thing was when renewal came the premium was still reasonable. Reviewed on: 26th August 2026

Speak to someone on the phone

I’m 81 yrs old and sometimes get muddled. I speak to an adviser and they clearly explain all the procedures to me. Excellent service, polite, professional and I can get a paper copy sent to me. Reviewed on: 26th August 2026
