Needed hospital care whilst in Dominican Republic. Saga were so helpful, we only needed to pay the first £70, they sorted everything else. No hassle, always available to talk on phone. 80 years old for holiday insurance

When you turn 80 years old most holiday insurance companies are not interested in giving you longer term annual holiday insurance, but I found that Saga cover was great regardless of age and Medical conditions all at a reasonable cost Reviewed on: 25th September 2025

It's all about peace of mind.

I was worried about getting travel insurance due to my cancer. But, the agent I spoke to was very helpful and sympathetic. The quote I received beat all the other quotes by miles.
