Impressive dealing with the company

Having inclusive Saga insurance on several cruises but never used, I had to use this July following attendance and treatment in the medical centre on board our summer cruise. I contacted the insurance company on our return, no hassle, pleasant experience and claim was settled by phone, no paperwork,and money was in my bank within 24 hours.
