good experience when health conditions changed

took out annual cover last year to cover a trip for a week in Greece then was ill later in the year and investigated which took ages. Before travelling for work to Holland, phoned Saga to update them with new condition diagnosed and medication and only had to pay a small premium for what was left of the annual cover to insure my trip. All in all, very helpful. Not renewed as hoping to book a holiday with Saga which is likely to include insurance in its pricing. Reviewed on: 27th August 2025

Saga was brilliant when we had to cancel our cruise...

Saga was brilliant when we had to cancel our cruise holiday due to a bereavement. We had a full refund with no hassle which helped when we had the double loss of losing someone very dear and missing our special holiday. Reviewed on: 27th August 2025

Quick refund and re-offer

We booked an ocean cruise with the offered travel insurrance. My wife was lucky that an operation she was not yet schedulled for, was offered early. Informing SAGA of this instantly invalidated the insurrance (fully healed but less than 3 months between operation and cruise). The premium was refunded and a new insurrance offered. A friendly company to deal with

I have found Saga Travel Insurance very friendly to deal with. They are clear in what they offer and have been reliable dealing with a claim.
