Quick and simple procedure to get a quote for travel insurance; best value for money; staff are expert and very pleasant to deal with, nothing is too much trouble for them. Feel confident I could contact anytime should I have a query Reviewed on: 19th August 2025

Reliable, professional and friendly

You really only know how good your insurer is when you have to make a claim. Unfortunately, we needed to cancel a holiday at short notice recently for medical reasons, but Saga agreed to pay the claim in full with no fuss. Add to that the friendly but professional service and we will definitely be renewing with Saga. Reviewed on: 19th August 2025

How the life of a claimant was made easier.

I recently had a need to make a claim. The lady at Saga was most helpful and endeavoured to minimise the work I needed to do to allow the claim to be assessed. This was exemplified by her over-riding the request of a more inexperienced colleague to provide more written information. Everything was conducted by phone and although I was asked to hold evidence for four weeks in case auditors required proof of my verbal statements, in the end this did not happen. Payment was made promptly and actually appeared in my bank account quicker than I was expecting. I am most satisfied with my experience of the claims process. Reviewed on: 19th August 2025

Good Value Travel Insurance

5
Renewed our Worldwide Travel Insurance policy with Saga recently. They still offer good value for money, even for pre-existing medical conditions. The policy also offers superior cancellation cover in comparison to other brands which was important for an upcoming trip to Thailand. Reviewed on: 18th August 2025

Health issues

Have some health issues which were graciously accepted by the Underwriter and I was happy to take a voluntary increased excess so an excellent product was agreed by both parties Reviewed on: 18th August 2025
