Good service .

My husband has health issues and has to have one trip travel insurance instead of an annual policy. He had a policy for a holiday trip which had to be changed completely, destination and duration on the day we were due to travel because of a family emergency. The agent on the phone was very understanding and sorted everything efficiently while we were waiting for our taxi to the airport. Made a stressful situation less so. When we sent in the resulting claim it was dealt with speedily and with minimum of fuss. Everyone was very helpful and polite. Reviewed on: 17th August 2025
