Exemplary efficiency and kindness

Such a helpful patient rep who to the time to ensure I completely understood all the 'small print' when I was setting up my policy. I then called to verify the process for registering for flight delays etc. and met with the same courteous patient help and explanations. We experienced a medical emergency on holiday abroad. Saga Insurance Team were fantastic they arranged everything from medical treatment to getting us back home safely. Good friendly helpful service.
