First class service to a really nice lady...

Retired & insured to travel

Since retiring and now 81, and coping with a couple of medical problems, Saga has been able to ensure we could travel to Australia to maintain contact with our immediate family, and tour Europe as before. Reviewed on: 14th August 2025

Excellent service and pleasant and efficient staff

I have used Saga Insurance for my holidays for many years. This year was the first time I needed to make a claim as I had to cancel my holiday as the result of kidney problems and the dangers of flying. Everything was dealt with speedily and I received an appropriate amount of compensation. I was most impressed with Saga's telephone responses and the work of the insurance company.
