Excellent service and pleasant and efficient staff

I have used Saga Insurance for my holidays for many years. This year was the first time I needed to make a claim as I had to cancel my holiday as the result of kidney problems and the dangers of flying. Everything was dealt with speedily and I received an appropriate amount of compensation. I was most impressed with Saga's telephone responses and the work of the insurance company. Travel Insurance Angels

When I was hospitalised abroad, I was sent to a private hospital who were used to dealing with Saga and the claims process was carried out quickly and easily with just a phone call and customer services were lovely, so wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Reviewed on: 14th August 2025
