Always shyed away from Saga as thought over 5Os mile...

Always shyed away from Saga as thought over 5Os milestone i didn’t look forward to . however took out insurance for my mum who is deaf and i deal with her correspondence / calls. Call responded to quickly , each time call handler was friendly, professional and knowledgeable . I could understand what they were saying ( handler allowed me plenty of time to relay information to my mu) and we were not rushed at all !! I cannot praise the staff enough , best derry cr i have received . Some products are a bit more expensive but worth every penny when you receive the service i have noted above. Saga's annual travel policy ticks all the boxes.

Saga's annual travel policy is really good value for money and covers all the essentials. It also amply covers the costs in case of cancellation and provides generous health cover. Even if I only have one holiday per year Saga's annual insurance compares very favourably with the one off policies available. Reviewed on: 28th September 2025

Customer care on my enquiry was excellent. They were patient at helping me through steps I couldn’t understand and reassuring me everything was in order. I was admitted to hospital for five days.

I was admitted to hospital for five days. Saga organised a new flight home and a flight nurse (having had pneumonia). They liaised with my son through the whole procedure and I was so appreciative of the professional work the team must have done to get me home, right to my door, accompanied by the flight nurse.
