Used travel insurance for several years cover good and easy to contact if necessary. When my husband was ill they were very kind and arranged refund quickly. Since he died I have continued to use them as they always offer a good cover at a fair price. Reviewed on: 28th September 2025

Always shyed away from Saga as thought over 5Os mile...

Always shyed away from Saga as thought over 5Os milestone i didn’t look forward to . however took out insurance for my mum who is deaf and i deal with her correspondence / calls. Call responded to quickly , each time call handler was friendly, professional and knowledgeable . I could understand what they were saying ( handler allowed me plenty of time to relay information to my mu) and we were not rushed at all !! I cannot praise the staff enough , best derry cr i have received . Some products are a bit more expensive but worth every penny when you receive the service i have noted above.
