Exemplary efficiency and kindness

Such a helpful patient rep who to the time to ensure I completely understood all the 'small print' when I was setting up my policy. I then called to verify the process for registering for flight delays etc. and met with the same courteous patient help and explanations. We experienced a medical emergency on holiday abroad. Saga Insurance Team were fantastic they arranged everything from medical treatment to getting us back home safely. Good friendly helpful service.

Good friendly helpful service when taking out yearly travel insurance policy. We've been delayed twice on flights since taking the policy out, and recieved immediate texts to go to the VIP lounge at the airport. Reviewed on: 16th August 2025
