I fell ill in Vietnam

Reliable Service

SAGA has always explained clearly what the best travel insurance package is for myself and my husband. Recently my suitcase was stolen at Gare du Nord and , although my claim is still being processed, they have kept me in touch throughout. i feel I can trust SAGA. Reviewed on: 13th August 2025

Clear product, plain English good value. Very pleased.

I have purchased this cover elsewhere before, that was a poor experience, so I thought I would try Saga. They have a clear website, relevant questions supported by good information and pertinent examples. The experience felt like they understood me and what I needed. I have been a Saga customer for travel insurance for...

I have been a Saga customer for travel insurance for many years and have always found them perfect ideal for all my needs. A few years ago I was taken severely ill only a few days before a cruise and had to cancel. All my payments were refunded quickly, politely and with only the necessary amount of checking. I thought that renewing my insurance once I had recovered would be difficult and expensive but the brilliant advice I received as to what to do meant that after just one phone call I was again covered by an ideal policy at an acceptable price. At 85+, i can do without hassle and I have never had that from Saga. My next two holidays are therefore already insured through them. Reviewed on: 13th August 2025
