Change of circumstances for travel insurance

I had received a quote for travel insurance but then was diagnosed with breast cancer. I was cleared for travel by my doctor and contacted Saga. They lady I spoke to was very considerate and helpful, and sensitive in asking the questions to get my policy set up. Great experience and peace of mind. Reviewed on: 13th August 2025

Swift and effective action

I have used Saga for a few years now but had the occasion of contacting last September after a nasty insect bite while in Italy. I was tracking on to Istanbul and contacted Saga for help with the bite. Within a few joes I was contacted by an English-speaking Turkish doctor who spoke to me by phone and sent s prescription. I was able to get the required medication straight away and the problem was solved within a day. Reviewed on: 13th August 2025

Competitive Pricing for senior travellers.

Both my wife & I are now in our 80s and have chosen Saga for three consecutive years based on their level of cover and their very competitive pricing. When we call them by phone we always get to speak to a real person who has always been able to answer our queries and resolve any problems. Reviewed on: 13th August 2025
