The policy we have suits our needs very well.

The policy we have suits our needs very well. It is competitively priced. The Customer service is excellent . All of our questions are always answered fully and comprehensively. All of the Customer Service Staff are great, they are very patient and efficient and they never make you feel rushed. We like the fact that 180 days travel has been included in the annual policy. Two years ago my wife had an accident whilst in Bali...

Two years ago my wife had an accident whilst in Bali Indonesia and required hip surgery she was in hospital for two weeks plus a further two weeks in the hotel before being confirmed fit to fly. Saga dealt with the claim efficiently and ensured that the hospital, hotel and airline received confirmation of payment direct to them with the first payment to the hospital made within 48 hours. I was relieved of all the stress which enabled me to be with my wife continuously without worry regarding payments. I cannot thank them enough.
