Change of circumstances for travel insurance

I had received a quote for travel insurance but then was diagnosed with breast cancer. I was cleared for travel by my doctor and contacted Saga. Swift and effective action

I have used Saga for a few years now but had the occasion of contacting last September after a nasty insect bite while in Italy. I was tracking on to Istanbul and contacted Saga for help with the bite. Within a few joes I was contacted by an English-speaking Turkish doctor who spoke to me by phone and sent s prescription. I was able to get the required medication straight away and the problem was solved within a day. Reviewed on: 13th August 2025

Competitive Pricing for senior travellers.

Both my wife & I are now in our 80s and have chosen Saga for three consecutive years based on their level of cover and their very competitive pricing. Saga travel insurance, I wouldn’t travel without out it

I chose Saga travel insurance based on the level of cover offered. This is important as I would not like to be caught out in a situation of need where my cover might fall short. In a nutshell the cover on offer meets and exceeds my needs. A bonus being that it was very competitively priced compared to other providers.
