SBS were efficient and communicative

SBS were efficient and communicated regular on the progress of my mortgage. Whilst I was waiting for the purchase of my house to go through, the mortgage rate dropped so SBS issued another mortgage offer with a lower rate and a longer term without me having to ask. The new Mortgage Offer documents arrived promptly, quick I sign the same day and returned. All sorted within 5 days ready for completion of my house. It's easy too deal with SBS and they have a customer contact number which is based in Scotland. This too me is very important that it's in the UK and not a call centre abroad. Great Society
