Reliable, solid, competitive

Patient, understanding and helpful. Could try to use only electronic verification for new customers initially as most competitors do, it makes it less onerous to try and become members/customers as there are less hoops to jump through. Reviewed on: 4th December 2024

Helpful and understanding

Had to make various telephone calls because I had changed my mind with regard to my instructions. Found all staff to whom I spoke very helpful and sorted everything out for me and all went exactly as I wanted. Reviewed on: 4th December 2024

Could be better

Kath in Galashiels dealt with my issue after being told by Inverness I could close a 30 day notice account online and aslo calling Friday to ensure this transaction had been processed as received letter stating notice not required. Despite assurances, this was still not done. Not impressed. Reviewed on: 2nd December 2024

Accessible, professional, reassuring

Available on the high street - invaluable to me. Staff are friendly, smart and approachable. The office is smart and welcoming. Always an overall positive experience when visiting the office and dealing with the staff. Reviewed on: 1st December 2024

Friendly, knowledgeable, easy accessed

The staff are very knowledgeable about the products. Nothing is too much for them, they go the extra mile. They are extremely polite in an easy going way. The front office lacks privacy but you are offered access to a private office if needed. Reviewed on: 1st December 2024
