Friendly, efficient, straightforward

We received very good service at the branch. We have a branch relatively locally (Glasgow and Troon) - we feel that the SBS caters for all ages and needs. Local, personal, friendly

I particularly like 'face-to-face', in-branch transactions. I am 77 years old, and do not like using the internet or phone for financial transactions. My only internet access is at the local library - a public place - therefore high-risk. Your staff are friendly and helpful. Reviewed on: 20th September 2024
