Efficient, up-to-date and a good interest rate

Efficient, competent company, keeping customers well informed and giving a good interest rate, especially for us elderly who cannot access more competitive companies - SBS is easily accessed. Reviewed on: 19th February 2024

Efficient, branch-based and pleasant

Branch based service with excellent staff. Good savings rates and good communication always. Very long standing customer and I am always thoroughly satisfied with the Galashiels branch. Not keen on the low chairs in branch as they are painful to rise from and staff loom over me. It's also not very private. Reviewed on: 19th February 2024
