I think the interest rates are generally good but I would prefer if your cash ISAs were flexible. Also it would be good to be able to add to fixed rate accounts for more than 14 days. Reviewed on: 8th December 2023

It would be helpful if you could send out an annual interest certificate to people who do not have online account but do need to complete an annual tax return. At present we have to phone up for this information. Reviewed on: 7th December 2023
