Glad that you have stopped using passbooks for FR bonds - having lost one with form with my signature. Presumably certificate is void on maturity & does not need to be sent back for a renewal. You asked for an email - Thought you might have let me know you had my back & change. However you did reply promptly to my email. Even before Royal Mail strikes, post taking a long long time. Perhaps a brief email should be used - Just to say communication received - No details that could be of use to anyone else. Reviewed on: 20th December 2022
