Savings transfer query

I wanted to transfer some funds from my Savings account and spoke to Katie from the Troon branch who was very helpful and clear in explaining what the process involved and the steps to follow. She was also very well informed on other options available for me to consider should I wish to set up a regular saver or ISA account with Scottish Building Society. Thank you, Katie. Excellent Customer Service

There was a glitch with the visibility of my online account and some conflicting information relating to the use of the account (hence the loss of a star), however the resolution of the issues was very good - and everything was sorted out within a few hours. The Customer Service from Lorraine T was excellent. She clearly explained and investigated the issues and came back to me with a decision in my favour. This help was very much appreciated.
