Very very caring

Staff at the Galashiels branch go out of their way to be helpful and caring. I have taken a lower interest rate than I could have received elsewhere to keep my savings with the Society. Having a local branch is so, so convenient. Whoever answers my questions on the phone from any branch are also extremely helpful. Reviewed on: 14th July 2025

Historically trusted company

The staff in the Galashiels branch are always very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Nice relaxed atmosphere and you always feel the staff genuinely appreciate your custom. If you are in for a while then a coffee would be nice. Reviewed on: 14th July 2025
