Efficient, straightforward, reliable

The rates are good and there are not too many products which can be confusing. The products are easy to understand. Maturity options are straightforward and instructions are carried out without delay. Communication is good. My only complaint is that your office in Frederick Street is far too hot!. Excellent, efficient, friendly service team in the Galashiels office. I have sad a Scottish BS account for about 10 years - I have on every occasion found the staff and service excellent. My recent dealing are based on those service experiences and not the interest rate, and the ability to speak with someone promptly is the reason I left where I was and moved my funds to SBS.
