Frustrating, Difficult, Unhelpful

I requested transfer of my maturing funds into a nominated up bank account and provided my bank account details. However I was told by your member of staff that the transfer would not be done unless I sent a copy of my bank account statement which is was not prepared to do. I was told that I therefore had to be send a cheque. This created more of a problem for me as I do not have a local bank branch. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025

In branch service review

Once my bond has closed on maturity I could no longer see detailed such as interest on the account website. This is inconvenient, can you change the system to show this on closed accounts. Need 2 factor security. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025
