I did have a problem in setting up the policy/DD but after contacting Scratch & Patch , it was sorted out & my policy set up for my 2 cats. I’ve not had to use the policy for any claims , hopefully, I won’t ne to. Reviewed on: 26th July 2025

Very good company to deal.

Very good company to deal. When my dog was not well, she needed treatment and I was able to claim with no hassle and customer service was very helpful. One of the reason why I renewed my dog insurance with Scracth & Patch, the staff were helpful and friendly. Reviewed on: 26th July 2025

I have just renewed my policy for the 2nd year, I have found them to be very friendly, helpful and certainly put their customers 1st.
