Read the small print I have never claimed and when I had to make a claim for my dogs tooth to be extracted was told only cover if she had been in an accident. Reviewed on: 15th September 2025

I have just renewed my policy for the 2nd year, I have found them to be very friendly, helpful and certainly put their customers 1st. Helpful customer service

When I had to make a claim the customer service was excellent and the form easy to fill out. I haven’t had any problems with the claims I have made so far for my French Bulldog. I recommend Scratch and Patch! Reviewed on: 25th July 2025

Hopefully a quick and prompt claim

Regrettably I have had to put in a claim so am unable to comment on the speed of settlement. However when I need to speak to Customer Services concerninf the claim process it was very difficult to get through Reviewed on: 25th July 2025

Met claim swiftly without question

Within a few days of opening my policy, one of my cats needed vet treatment, and my claim was honoured without question. More recently, following a year without a claim, my premium (previously adjusted due to a substantial claim) was reduced back to standard. I find them very fair. Reviewed on: 25th July 2025
