Excellent customer service

This was my first time investing with this bank, as I’d never used them before. The ISA application was done online and was very smooth. They were offering the best rate, which initially attracted me, and I’ve been really happy with the experience overall. Reviewed on: 17th January 2026

Upgrade of Website.

Been with Shawbrook many years they have recently upgraded their website which did cause me a headache at times hence 4 stars instead of 5 stars. I think it is all set up and working properly now, well hopefully. Reviewed on: 17th January 2026

Uncomplicated

We have Isa and fixed rate savings. The experience of dealing on line is very good and gives an uncomplicated feel to the transaction. Felt in control at all times. Electronic acknowledgment was prompt and we have not been bombarded with follow up spam Reviewed on: 17th January 2026
