ISA transfer from another bank.

I had an ISA that was maturing with another bank and decided to transfer it to one of Shawbrook's cash ISA accounts for better interest. Having filled in the forms I was annoyed that this bank emailed me to say they couldn't allow the transfer to go through on maturity as there was one small mistake on the forms. I rang this bank and they said I'd have to start the process all over again !! Rang Shawbrook and explained the situation. No, I didn't have to start all over again. They got in touch with this bank and the transfer happened, at maturity, as planned. Success!! Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

Online experience not so good.

Online experience not so good. Codes to log in to account very slow to arrive and often don’t arrive at all. Easy access accounts now lag behind interest rates of other providers. Used to be far better. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2025

First Place to Look....
