I have banked with shawbrook twice now and I believe them to be a trustworthy, reputable bank. They provide good interest rates and I have never had a issue with contacting them. I have always found their customer service to be exemplary. Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

Shawbrook is the easiest bank I have ever worked with!

My experience of Shawbrook has been excellent, it is easy to access online, good rates of interest, no administrative issues and just one of the easiest banks I have ever worked with. I can't say anything negative about it! Reviewed on: 16th January 2026

Simple to use web site. Interest rates are good although there are better rates available lately but this must be considered with what are customer services like. Pointless having top interest rate with rubbish customer services! So, all in all I would recommend. Reviewed on: 16th January 2026
