Good rates and good service

I have been saving with Shawbrook now for a few years and they always provide good rates. If I have any questions it is easy to leave a message and they generally respond very quickly with an answer. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025

An excellent bank for Personal Saveres

Website easy to use. Deposits easy to make. Interest rates are very competitive and often higher than any other savings banks. The Customer Service response via telephone is excellent. I never have to wait much more than a couple of minutes for my call to be answered. Staff extremely knowledgeable and make investing easy and ISA transfers via Customer Service is easy.
