Cash ISA help

I needed some help when my ISA matured and I wasn’t sure what I needed to do as my husband had recently passed away and had taken care of our finances. I phoned up the bank and a very sympathetic member of staff helped me and gave me some options to consider and some general ISA advice without putting any pressure on me . She also offered to make a note on my account that I was cautious about dealing with my finances online and actually completed the transaction when I’d made my decision about what I wanted to do.
