A bank that listens to its customers - now that's rare!

I have had saving accounts with Shawbrook for over 4 years and throughout that time (and now) have always experienced exceptional and prompt service from them. Their staff are knowledgeable on all aspects of savings and it so very easy to communicate with them. I have discovered that, contrary to most banks, they actually listen to the views of their customers. Reviewed on: 26th February 2024
