ISA transfer from another bank.

I had an ISA that was maturing with another bank and decided to transfer it to one of Shawbrook's cash ISA accounts for better interest. Having filled in the forms I was annoyed that this bank emailed me to say they couldn't allow the transfer to go through on maturity as there was one small mistake on the forms. I rang this bank and they said I'd have to start the process all over again !! Rang Shawbrook and explained the situation. No, I didn't have to start all over again. They got in touch with this bank and the transfer happened, at maturity, as planned. Success!! Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

Excellent interest rates and customer experience.

They have excellent interest rates, and using an online account that is extremely easy to use makes it so simple. Lots of communication along the way and help with transferring to a new account at the end of the term, the best savings account I've ever had! Reviewed on: 26th February 2024
