ISA transfer from another bank.

I had an ISA that was maturing with another bank and decided to transfer it to one of Shawbrook's cash ISA accounts for better interest. Having filled in the forms I was annoyed that this bank emailed me to say they couldn't allow the transfer to go through on maturity as there was one small mistake on the forms. I rang this bank and they said I'd have to start the process all over again !! Rang Shawbrook and explained the situation. No, I didn't have to start all over again. They got in touch with this bank and the transfer happened, at maturity, as planned. Success!! Reviewed on: 21st March 2025

Good rates and great service!

Shawbrook consistently offer the best savings rates. I've also had excellent customer service when dealing with my late husband's investments, and when I made a mistake on my own savings. I can highly recommend them. Reviewed on: 26th February 2024

It’s quite a daunting experience to entrust your savings to a bank outside the usual big name banks. Thankfully Shawbrook delivered everything they said they would in terms of rates and dates. Their website is easy to use and their personal service by phone is also excellent. I was more than happy to continue saving with them when they offered a higher rate.
