very very poor customer service when you call them.

very very poor customer service when you call them. Their staff are not very well train and half of the time your query did not get solve on first attempt. Also when you try to contact them via online secure message, your query get answer on more than 5 days. very very poor customer service against Average rate offer on savings. Brilliant customer service and interest rates

Clear communications, easy to use website but if you need to speak with someone they are easy to contact, based in UK- so clear acoustics and speaking and then they sort for you, clearly commenting what they are doing and then immediately provide you with confirmation.
