What a sea change from the big uns!

I cannot speak highly enough of them. A few small issues like no credit cards yet however they completely surpass the 'big banks' in respect of ease and service levels that leave the others standing. As an example tried to phone Lloyds this week 55 minutes and i gave up. Never waited more than 5 minutes for Starling to answer and they have always dealt with the matter then and there efficiently and with courtesy and no stupid gdpr/ being recoded / we reall appreciate your call nonsense. A very good on-line bank

Been a customer of Starling business since 2020. The app is very easy to use. If you are comfortable dealing with any banking issues you might have through the app and online chats you will not find fault. If like me you prefer talking to a human on the phone it becomes less pleasant (hence the 4 stat rating) Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Finally a bank that works!

Running a small business is not easy. Having immediate visibility of your cash flow, income and expenses is essential. The ease with which I can set up direct debits and transfer money between accounts is a godsend. I have Sterling, Euro and Dollar accounts with Starling, which is essential to my business. My partner can also see what is happening in the account in real-time. They all work brilliantly and I can exchange money from one to the other, pay suppliers in local currency, and see all currencies and expenditures in my Xero accounts package. My previous allegedly global international bank could not offer me even a fraction of the facilities and actions I have with Starling and I could not even spend the Euros I had in my account. Most of all I love the simplicity of the App and that I can run and manage my money from anywhere at anytime. 10/10 Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
