If only everything was this simple

My small business is young enough that I've always banked online with it, never in person. While other business banks offer "an online service", they may be online, but the service can be questionable and often burdensome to get help when things aren't right. Starling are not like other banks - I was initially a personal customer, but as soon as business accounts were available I switched and haven't had a bad word to say about them. Features, security, support, information, integration with 3rd party accounting... all excellent. Reviewed on: 16th April 2021

Such a fabulous experience. Digitally brilliant

I can sort all my business money - make payments, check my card PIN, block my cards, check all my spending patterns, etc. all from my phone. And it syncs amazingly well with my digital bookkeeping software too. This is the future of banking! AND fab customer service, which is rare nowadays. Reviewed on: 14th March 2024

I’ve had a business account with them for 5 years an...

I’ve had a business account with them for 5 years and still can’t get a loan or a an overdraft even though I have a healthy credit score and got borrowing from other banks, so they haven’t helped my business in anyway to grow Reviewed on: 14th March 2024
