The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Starling is the go-to bank for our times

Starling is innovative, constantly improving, has good customer service and is easy to use. I love the ease of the app, the spaces, how you can add information to these easily and images and how you can see information about your finances in graphs and different ways. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024

Simple banking

Customer service via chat very prompt and easy to use. I’m never asked to repeat information when I’m logged in. Easy to see what I’m spending and my daughter now has a Kite account which was simple to set up and great at helping her understand money. Reviewed on: 12th April 2024
