The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

It does what it says on the tin

The services of high street banks have declined appallingly, and I felt that I had been abandoned by them, so I reciprocated and have pretty much abandoned the high street. Starling was recommended to me as a modern day banking service, and I have not been disappointed. Easy to use, and good communication when needed. simple, convenient, easy
