The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Perfect bank - wish my charity could join

Starling is brilliant! I have a joint account with my husband. It is easy and quick and feels very secure with instant access to my balance and shows pending amounts. I particularly appreciate the ability to use it abroad for both cash AND purchases making life so much easier. Using our other banks abroad means that I need to remember whether to use the debit or credit card for these, or there is a cash limit making it difficult if the accommodation wants to be paid in cash! I am Treasurer of a small charity and would love it if we could use it for that, too. Reviewed on: 24th March 2022
