The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Good app and no issues

Banking as it ought to be

So easy to swap, easy to contact, and once you’re connected to a chat the person stays on and answers your questions. This was the main reason I swapped banks as my previous bank would respond to a chat initially and then disappear. The rest that Starling does is the icing on the cake - security/spaces/paying people all made so simple. Reviewed on: 15th March 2022

Outstanding banking!

I really do rate the instant notification and deduction from your account when you make a payment to a business rather than waiting days for your balance to update. Clean app and easy to use and easy to access customer services. Nothing about this bank is bad! Reviewed on: 15th March 2022

My first experience with starling bank

I have had no real problems with the banking app and found once getting used to is fairly easy to do banking with,unlike the problems I was getting from my high street bank. Reviewed on: 15th March 2022

What are you waiting for

This is a bank that is always moving forwards. Having banked with them for over 3 years, the development has taken leaps and bounds. Plus, they listen to their customers. Can’t fault them. Reviewed on: 15th March 2022

Modern app & functionality

What do you want from your bank - flexibility, clear information about your transactions, in real time not 3 days later, ability to easily manage, plan & see what you have All standard functionality & there on the app. Customer service? Simple Straightforward Banking

After 3 months banking with Starling, I find their business banking simple to use. The app is clear and uncluttered. Their categories and notes for transactions makes it easy to keep track of spending. Reviewed on: 15th March 2022

Always recommending

I love using starling so much it’s probably the product I’ve most recommended in my entire lives. My friends and family all know how much I love it and I’m constantly telling anyone who I meet how much of a great bank it is. I would never go back to the old way of banking.
