The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Simple, efficient and great!

Super Starling

I have been using Starling Bank for personal banking for almost 2 years. Their app interface is fantastic and gives me real time updates in terms of my balance, card use and direct debits. Their customer service is second to none, available via phone, email or chat 24/7! Reviewed on: 15th March 2022

Highly recommended

I can't recommend Starling Bank more than I already do. I love that everything can be done online, and if anything doesn't work, you always have the support of an awesome customer agent. Joint account and savings spaces are the winning combos in family budgeting and I use this every month to budget, save and break down expenses. And there are also the small things: - the fact that you can deposit a cheque directly in the app saves you a trip - expenses breakdown per category and month - paying bills from a savings space - being able to issue cards for the little ones - etc. I truly recommend this bank because it has the trust of a high street bank brought in a modern package. easy and great for saving

The app is super easy to use and field with features that I wish I had before. It is super easy to set up saving pots and direct money into them as well as rounding up transactions to the nearest £. All of this means I am hitting saving goals. Reviewed on: 15th March 2022

Easy to use

Has allowed me to easily control my finances by giving me notifications when I spend and receive money, allowing me to sort my funds into separate spaces and I love that I can pay bills from a separate space. Reviewed on: 15th March 2022

Switched recently - fantastic

Switched to Starling after I got fed up waiting for Monzo to sort out international payments. They even support accounts in Euros, it's brilliant. Reviewed on: 15th March 2022
