The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Excellent

Moving to Starling was a smart move to manage my finances day-to-day, the contrast glaring with my old bank of which I was a customer for 16 years. Starling showed me how it was possible for banks to have an app that is actually good in terms of keeping me in the loop about payments and direct debits, and offering me very useful services such as “spaces” for savings and so on. Very satisfied.

How good is this
