The bank of the times

I have had an account for a couple years and I have watched other banks fade away. When I joined Starling, I signed up through the application on my phone. It was very easy. I confirmed my identity online, with somethey help me via live chat. I can upload cheques to my account. When I am a little out of pocket, I find a few spare pennies that have been automatically saved for me with each purchase. Starling is progressive and targets the current age and that is wonderful. Older people seem to get left behind in the times. This encourages them to adapt and embrace them. It welcomes them into the new age. Reviewed on: 5th March 2021

Really easy to use online banking current account

A truly 'user friendly' bank.

Communication and empowerment are the key to this bank's success. Starling Bank empowers customers to manage their finances themselves. I can make payments, move money into personally created savings spaces and access an overview of all sections with ease. Communication with the customer is central and it is so reassuring to have every transaction flagged up immediately.
