Easy to set up and use

My current account was single to set up and easy to use. The help features and option to ask any questions are great as are the options to contact Starling (unlike our other mains street bank which now has no local branches and is impossible to contact). Fantastic service and does everything I want

I love the fact that I can easily contact Starling at any time and speak to a real person - this takes away so much stress compared to other banks. I absolutely love the savings spaces - in the past I have had to open several accounts with a bank to be able to make individual saving areas for my money and constantly been asked to review the accounts because I have several open. This is so much easier to see what I have, to add pictures of your goals as motivation and rounding up money so you save without realising. I have just started a business and didn’t hesitate to use them for my business account (although I may need a partnership account in the future and there is no option for one… yet) I recommend Starling everyone. Easy, quick, cool.

I changed from NatWest and its so easy, ethical and customer services is excellent. I had a problem at 10pm Saturday night and got through immediately. Sunday morning an agent phoned to check that everything was OK. Suberb. Reviewed on: 16th February 2022

A breath of fresh air!

I’m so happy to now be with Starling bank. I became disillusioned with the bank that I’d been with for many years and decided to give Starling a try. I wish that I’d done it earlier. So much better, particularly if I make a purchase online they check with me first that it’s me making the purchase and I approve the tranaction. Reviewed on: 16th February 2022

Great Bank

From paying in cheques with a photo to transferring money to children to paying bills, Starling Bank is just superb and so much better than the monolithic older banks. They have a clearer ethical stance as well. Reviewed on: 16th February 2022

As a start up Bank they have delivered when they have said and with the features promised.

It makes banking so easy I genuinely believe they actually have the customer best interests as a core of their business. No more being fobbed off in a branch with completely unprofessional personnel.
